NVFI gained its’ legal recognition with the Registrar Generals Department (Ghana), the Department of Social Development, formerly, Social Welfare Department of Ghana, and the Cape Coast Metropolitan Assembly; after satisfying all necessary documentation and financial requirement on 24^th January, 2017 and 2^nd March, 2017 respectfully, to operate as a National NGO in the Cape Coast Metropolis, Central Region and Ghana as a whole.
